Unlike the apartments which are graded four and five star, "Mirus Cottage" and "The Wing" do not get graded. The reason for this is as follows:
In Guernsey there are three classes of property;
Open market - anyone can live in this property,
Local market - for local people or licence holders, and
Holiday Accommodation - for visitors to the Island
Whilst the apartments are Holiday Accommodation and get graded, "Mirus Cottage" and "The Wing" are officially Local Market but we obtain a permit from Guernsey Tourism (The local Government department) which allows us to accommodate visitors to the Island in them.
